Appeal to the Pilgrims
The gruhasthas of USSES seva holders are requested to make a note on the
following guidelines while availing Break Darshan :
1. The Donor along with five members i.e., totally 6 [Six] members will be permitted
for Beginning Break Darshan instead of Seva along with “SRIVANI” Trust ticket
holders, duly verifying the Proceedings for darshan to that of original photo
identity proof.
2. Gruhasthas are requested to collect the Proceedings for Break Darshan, one day
in advance before 05:00 PM at Arjitham Office, Tirumala to avail Break Darshan.
3. USSES Seva Gruhasthas are permitted to take any [5] Members along with
him/her with prior intimation to Arjitham Office. But the presence of Gruhastha
[Donor] is compulsory in allowing such other members and should take
endorsement to that effect from Arjitham Office before 05:00 PM on a day before
the date of Break Darshan, otherwise members of the pass book will only be
allowed on the allotted date through VQC – 1, TTD, Tirumala.
4. The Gruhastha is requested to send prior intimation to the below mentioned
office address for date confirmation & change of members if any through postal to
“The Asst.Exe.Officer, Arjitham Office, Tirumala – 517504 / E-Mail id:
arjithamoffice@gmail.com for confirmation of their Break Darshan date.
5. For any Enquiry please contact Arjitham Office landline number 08772263589.
6. Gruhastha should bring original pass book, original photo id proof of all the
members including donor for allowing them in Break Darshan.
7. Gruhastha is requested to send request letter duly specifying the USSES seva No.
& 3 [or] 4 option dates within this year [2020] to this office address or through
mail to E-Mail id: arjithamoffice@gmail.com for rescheduling their cancelled
dates, since, the pilgrims are not being allowed for seva from 13.03.2020
onwards.
8. Gruhastha is requested to approach the O/o Dy.Exe.Officer [Donor Cell], TTD,
Tirumala, for accommodation as per procedure duly showing the copies of Break
Darshan Proceedings and pass book.
9. Gruhastha is requested to collect the Bahumanam from Parapathyadhar, Sri TT,
Tirumala as per existing procedure after Break Darshan.
Appeal to the Pilgrims
The gruhasthas of VVD seva holders are requested to make a note on the
following guidelines while availing Break Darshan :
1. The Donor along with five members i.e., totally 6 [Six] members will be permitted
for Beginning Break Darshan, for 2 consecutive days duly verifying the
Proceedings for darshan, original pass book to that of original photo identity
proof instead of seva.
2. Gruhasthas are requested to collect the Proceedings for Break Darshan, one day
in advance before 05:00 PM at Arjitham Office, Tirumala to avail Break Darshan.
3. The Gruhastha is requested to send prior intimation to the below mentioned
office address for date confirmation through postal to “The Asst.Exe.Officer,
Arjitham office, Tirumala-517504 / E-Mail id: arjithamoffice@gmail.com for
confirmation of their Break Darshan date.

members in the VVD pass book will be allowed. Without photo identity and pass
book they will not be permitted.

no. & 3 or 4 option dates [ODD Number DATES ONLY] within this year [2020] to
this office address or through E-Mail id: arjithamoffice@gmail.com for
rescheduling their cancelled dates. Since, the pilgrims are not being allowed for
